Real Estate Market has not seen the type of inventory from previous months due to the moratoriums the Obama Administration had set. What this has created is a false sense of rebound in the housing market due to the lack of inventory and increase of buyers. A hot property comes into the market and a bidding war is created from the amount of activity spurring multiple offers. Fortunately most banks are hip to this and are opting to go with more secure offers rather than taking what may be a higher bottom line. The fact is, the property will not appraise and most sellers would end up having to reduce prices to close the deal anyway.
